We would rather you study elsewhere than pay for something that is not working for you. This policy is written to be easy to use.

Seven-day refund on a first purchase

If this is your first paid plan and you ask within seven days of payment, we refund the full amount, no reason needed. Email hello@eruditepradeep.com from your registered email address with the transaction reference.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable, because you can cancel before a renewal at any time. We send a reminder before an annual plan renews.

Cancelling

• Cancel from your account settings, or email hello@eruditepradeep.com.
• Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• There is no cancellation fee.

If something is broken

If a paid feature is unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will extend your subscription by the time lost, or refund it on request, whichever you prefer.

Institute plans

Institute and school plans are governed by the agreement signed with that institute. Where no separate term applies, the seven-day first purchase window above applies.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method by our payment gateway. Money usually reaches the account within five to seven working days, depending on your bank.
